MDECOR – Event Decor Booking & Operations Management System
Project Overview
MDECOR is a complete event decoration business website and internal operations panel designed for a UK-based decor service. The public website showcases services such as wedding decor, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, cultural events, and gallery work with clear call-to-action buttons for each service. Customers can contact the correct service-specific number or submit inquiries directly through the website.
The admin panel allows the business team to manage customer inquiries, create and assign orders, manage staff users, create teams, track inventory, and handle event progress. After a customer inquiry or call, the admin verifies the customer requirements, discusses pricing, confirms the deal, and assigns the event to a suitable team. Team members can update their work status and submit proof after completing the decoration work. The admin can review the final event photos and publish selected completed work to the public gallery if needed.
The system also includes role-based user management, separate admin and website editor sessions, long admin login sessions up to 60 days, and 24-hour website editor access for secure content updates.
