Project Overview
SNT Prints is a complete digital solution developed for a custom printing store in Jaffna to manage both customer-facing services and internal business operations more efficiently.
The project included the development of a professional website to showcase custom printing services, products, and business information online. Along with the website, a custom POS system was built to manage sales, customer orders, payments, invoices, and daily business transactions in a more organized way.
To improve customer communication, the system includes WhatsApp auto messaging, allowing order updates, payment details, and important notifications to be sent automatically. An automated accounting system was also added to help track income, expenses, sales records, and financial data with less manual work.
The admin panel allows the business owner or staff to view important business data, monitor data entry logs, and manage edit and delete logs. This helps improve transparency, accountability, and control over business records. Overall, the system was designed to reduce manual workload, improve accuracy, and support the daily operations of the printing business.
